Frequently Asked Questions
How many seats do I get for my investment?
One seat for Platinum Members, and two seats for VIP Founding Members and Titanium Members.
When is the first payment due on my seat licenses?
First payment is due within thirty (30) days of signing the Member Agreement.
How can I store this information for later after I’ve made my deposit?
You will be sent a confirmation email directly after signing and depositing to keep in your records.
What is the payment schedule?
- First payment is due within thirty (30) days of signing the Member Agreement;
- Second payment is due within one hundred eighty (180) days of signing the Member Agreement;
- Third payment is due on or before the first anniversary of the signing of the Member Agreement;
- Fourth payment is due on or before eighteen (18) months from the signing of the Member Agreement.
How will people who don’t attend an event in person, and who don’t buy a virtual ticket access the presentations?
All presentations given in the Atlas Research Center will be cataloged for later viewing at the ARC. This will be a great resource for members who were unable to attend a presentation due to a prior conflict. We are still considering what other ways we will be able to distribute the presentations to our founding members.

How many events will be held per year?
While we are unable to guarantee any amount of events (as many will be dependent on others to fulfill), we are expecting to do at least one per quarter to start, with more events hosted as we ramp-up over time.
What is the price range anticipated for the tickets to each event (in addition to this purchase of the seat)?
We will price tickets in a way that will reward Founding Members as much as possible. The first goal with Founding Members is to at least cover costs of the event. Then due to scarcity and the event’s exclusive opportunity, many of the tickets will be worth double or triple on the resale market. In no event, will we offer tickets to non-founding members for a better price than the founding members receive.
How far in advance will we know the schedule of events and the pricing?
Usually our events are planned 4-6 months out. We would hope to offer tickets to the Founding Members as soon as we have the details secured.
If I want to sell my seats to an event that I won’t physically go to, do I have to buy the tickets first before I sell them?
Yes. The license gives members a Right Of First Refusal (ROFR) on the ticket purchases for that particular seat. With very limited seating capacity, if you exercise the ROFR, you should be able to sell the tickets for quite a bit more, but we are unable to guarantee that.
