Your attitude is how you view the world… on display for others to see.

Are you optimistic? Do you get angry easily? Are you excitable and passionate about life?

The good news is that attitude is nothing more than habit — we see the world this way because that’s how we were taught to see it growing up.

But we can change that if we want to!

And it’s not rocket science.

Here’s Earl Nightingale again…

"Our attitude is something we can control. We can establish our attitude each morning when we start our day. In fact, we do just that whether we realize it or not. And all the people in our world will reflect back to us… the attitude that we present to them."

Instead of leaving your “attitude” each day up to random chance — or to the wishes of old habits — determine your attitude each morning.

Create a routine. Spend 30 minutes reading, meditating, and journaling to get your mind right for the day.

Remember…

If we don’t set our OWN attitude each morning… someone or something else will later in the day. 🙂
